My best guess...
since everyone fluffing the bunny ... They now looking for a big CR ( the biggest ever ) to take over another explorer which has probably a good amount of land rights .. and of course there will be plenty of goodwill built in... Of this acquisition will be a successful one... We don't know but hence everyone called in the lemosines and dreams about big golden elephants.. why not try to extract from shareholders as much as possible.
