It does indeed Ron....but then there's that good old capital raising thing. Can spook a market or if it is linked to the UNSW agreement, funding the expansion, should be seen as a positive expansion vehicle. It is the purpose of the capital raised, that will determine if we are heading to 50c or back to 20c. I'm thinking (and hoping) it's the former. NO evidence at this stage to think otherwise. Other views??
