Request for Trading Halt – Coca-Cola Amatil Limited (ASX: CCL)
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Coca-Cola Amatil Ltd (ACN 004 139 397) (ASX: CCL) (the
Company) requests that the securities of the Company be placed in a trading halt to apply
from the commencement of trading today, Friday, 23 October 2020.
For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:
(a) the Company requests the trading halt pending an announcement by the Company in
relation to a potential material transaction involving the Company;
(b) the Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the
time the Company makes an announcement to the market and the commencement
of normal trading on Tuesday, 27 October 2020;
(c) the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted;
and
(d) the Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market
about the trading halt.
