Doesn't sound like PLS is looking to purchase the debt.
From the reports it would appear PLS has come to an arrangement with the noteholders to buy the assets.
That makes it a very different scenario to A40 and GXY.
If there is a break fee included in PLS deal with the noteholders then that will make it difficult for competing offers to come over the top.
