PLS should give their shareholders and perhaps AJM shareholders a chance to participate via a rights issue. Else PLS holders are at the mercy of the dilution and the quality of the asset. You'd want $20m pa return on the investment at least. So will it make $100m for PLS over the next 5 years ?
