Ajm moving into Va will void there current offtake agreements leaving offtakers spinning.
I would be happy to see a 10 to 1 script costing pls 300 million share which is 15% of current capital giving ajm share holders a %50 hair cut.
Then for pls the carry ajm debt load at a near 5% interest rate.
Ajm currently supplying 15% of the spodumene market which is a big shot to global supply if pls has control can use ajm supply as leverage by c&m till price improves or demand floor price to existing ajm offtakers as switching supply will take some time for chemistry reasons.
Pls will aslo increase life of mine aswell as gain access for further scope on the pegmatites located on the boundary border.
Another benefit is pls stage 2 build time is basically instant with an additional 200,000kpa.
I hold both pls and ajm was absolutely devastated to see ajm in VA hopefully there is a good outcome for both holders
