willing to put some money that Regal will take some of that institutional offer and then sell at the worse possible time
if this acquisition (& who knows what it is) makes sense, then surely EBOS or Health Mgmt Systems will take up the office, but given this mgmts history, Regal seems to be institution of choice and they have a very poor track record of long term investing - case in point being Swinnerton's sell down in April to these vultures
