It is my understanding that some of the sophs coming onboard are longer term investors,
We have to balance the cash situation with company ambition, then we have to acknowledge that someone investing big money wants a discount.
We also need to look at a chart and acknowledge that the SP has been below 20c a lot more than above that threshold. So if 24c is the raise price, its at a reasonable price considering where we have been. 9 cents was the lowest this year.

I also feel that a registry that is too tight does not promote turnover, this in itself is a disincentive to people buying in which stifles the participation levels due to exit difficulty, potentially.

There are a lot of moving parts to this, we need exploration success, THAT is the driver.
