David Greenwood used to work for Hartleys 20 years or so ago, so there is your link. Having seen how these sophisticated share placements go at Hartley's, you'll have a full uptake at 24c only for the crowd looking to dump at the first opportunity (ie 30c).
Locking in a CR before (or while drilling) might seem "smart" but it also flags a lack of full confidence in the drill campaign.
