25c is nearly 20% discount! That's way to steep. This is not a company that has run out of money scrambling to raise working capital to limp to the next step.
This placement can only be the result of a mutually beneficial opportunity. I would expect good value (and good faith) to flow in both directions in this deal.
If there is a steep discount to the share price, it has to be balanced by something very valuable coming to the company.
