If 75% of holders vote 'yes', then you GET $1
If 50-75% of holder vote 'yes', then the VTH managers GET $1 to invest for you into other projects of their liking

I bought VTH because of the assets and agreements they have in place. I dont to sell those assets and have VTH managers run into the market looking to buy something. If there was 'something' in the market better value than VTH assets, then Macquarie would be buying THAT... and not us!

I dont like the outcome on the 50-75% YES voted. Because I have no reason to trust the NEW managers. Funny that we changed managers, and now this. Connect the dots, anyone?
