We pay for the cap raise - but we should really be asking if this should instead be coming out of Leon Clement's salary.

The arrogant scoff shown towards shareholders by poor shareholder communication, never-ending one-off expenses, days off for staff to do whatever they want while they are paid on the clock, agreements to fund others' business needs (yes, it looks like we will fund a 70M cost to expand someone else's business) and general otherwise silence towards those that have built the vehicle which fund the BOD's salaries is unsatisfactory.

Perhaps tomorrow I should buy a dairy farm, and ask Synlait to rejig their factories at their own expense to package and brand my product so that I do not have to pay my own business costs.

Unimpressed and now feeling justified in selling down 40% of our holding on August 21st at $6.70NZD - today's price being NZ$5.93 PRIOR to the inevitable price fall generated by frustrated shareholders and final dilution by management against those that remain to hold long.
