From what I understand it is a smallish raise at 10c supported by Morgans and Wilsons. Also a small SPP as well.

Grant funding only comes after trials are approved..

Large US biotech funds have a minimum investment size of $10m dollars so they are out of the picture.

Build the story out to get a better partnership deal. Other indications look very exciting.

Platinum have not sold a share since they were made to sell the 600,000 shares for a portfolio reweighting event.

Dont know where AEF are but for a raising this size they are not required thats for sure. The BoD understand the sensitivity there.

I know Frankfurt listings are hit and miss but my gut feel is it will be very beneficial.. Antisense drugs are well understood in Europe but they are all private companies. We will see.

Best guess this will be the last raise they ever do. Fingers crossed.
