You might be right but I'm hoping issue price won't be at a 20% discount.
Last year HAV were in a far more precarious position after rejecting the dodgy deal. This year has been a lot more positive for HAV, just look at the share price which has more than doubled.
I'll be very disappointed if the raising is about 15c, hopefully it'll be a decent institutional placement without a rights issue.
