IMO the majority of the funds will be for the $250k investment CM8 need to provide in alignment with the recent announced joint venture with the Israeli company.
And - of course - while they are there probably tack on a few extra $$ for operating costs.
Hopefully - if done right - it will set them up for the next 3+ months, in which time they could have a crack again at the 10c level if more business opportunities arise.
