At some point before the end of the year there was a chance the price would have been held back with the market assuming it was cum a raise - either to get Pinnacles into production or for more drilling on all the strong targets, or both.
Depending on size of this CR, they now have a clear run at bunch of good exploration targets and production early in 2021 without being held back from the funding perspective.
The Board have never done a raise lightly - they must believe the value to be created is going to be far greater than a bit of dilution now.
I'm excited....with a 6 month time frame - demand will be high i'm sure - hope they bring on long term holders in this raise , not flippers !
