If CE gives the cap rise to Taurus then shareholders would have a right to demand his resignation.
Not good business to allow someone to sell a tonne of shares one week, and then jump into a cap raise the next. Smells of wink wink nudge nudge.
But I am sure they won't be.
Not the best news, as hoping for a partnership or JV, not more dilution.
