"Really not sure why they needed to do a Cap raise now? They should still have plenty of money left to get them to a higher share price aswell as ENAMI $$$ imminent." thats a great point, there is no need to do one now.
"Considering" to me implies that an offer has been made to HCH, rather than HCH actively seeking for one.
Possibly a big fish making an offer after the news last week regarding the buying in from the overseas gold mining company.
