My first thought was "I wont be participating in this no matter what the price", but lets wait and see..If the placement brings in some sophisticated money, that opens up possible takeover scenarios. It may be that there is an imminent profit opportunity that the cash is going to be earmarked for. I could go on, but you all know the possibilities. If it is just "The pool to pay the wages is a bit light chaps. Better top it up", then I wont be joining in.....
