I note that the major run up of the SP occured before the announcements, implying as usual some had the inside edge on info (not uncommon on ASX). Noting that the CR came quick fire afterwards, this too would have been known which if bad, would have slowed the rise. this means we could infer somethings. It's possible;
- the raise is at a premium
- the raise is a complete funding package enabling a rerate to developer status
- the raise is already completed and full and the days are for legals, hence the buying on market.
