I'd speculate its to do with a reactor producing more dotz, They will be needing allot of product if they are going to add it to disinfectants and hopefully instant scanning. Hemp tagging etc.
You need to think globally and how much each reactor makes.
Moti's reactor in states not sure how much this one makes.
If this is what aquasition is for good sign imo.
