my other issue is some of the board are holding a substantial amount of options exercisable over 10c. I haven’t been keeping a close eye on this but want to run thru it properly soon. Those options were picked up at a premium discount compared to what the market has been performing at so I expect the board to be putting more skin in the game either on market or through this cap raise.
