The magnets to me have changed. The Cannvalate options up to 14c looked very juicy when IHL was at 2c.
But here we are knocking at the door to 14c. The company has changed and with it the goalposts.

15c - Canary Options #1
20c - Sud's CMO Package only vesting if IHL is 20c+ for 5 days.
25c - Canary Options #2

Remember that Canary co-invest alongside their clients, and they took options in lieu of cash in payment for being IHL's Corp Advisor.

They even took options instead of shares.... I would be happy if they were given 20M shares thats not a lot of dilution in exchange for the potential they could put us on to in terms of bringing in big money but they chose to take 25c options? Crazy... tells you all you need to know from their POV.
