in fairness to IBX management though, is it likely that the details of the cap raise were organised a week ago when the share price was around 8.5c?
Nobody really knew the share price was going to unexpectedly climb this much on no news in the past 7 days.
Could have just been genuinely accidental bad timing by management?
or would they have just decided in the past 2 days to do the raise at 8.5, knowing that the current share price is 12.5?
