    I'm confused, didn't a few people say the SPP got canceled? or is it still happening?
    Isn't that a good thing now if it's canceled?
    or a bad thing because they've hinted they need extra funds?

    if it is cancelled, then why are people still saying it may retrace back to 8.5?

    based on the current market orders, buyer volume is still there and not that many sellers at all.

    hopefully a positive announcement of some sort tomorrow morning
