What makes you say it will go into suspension. Given they have announced nothing but a cap raise, they can announce whatever they want, if the SPP was cancelled before any announcement, they don't need to clarify it, i.e. it never happened in the first place.

We will get announcement by midday at latest I would say, and no suspension. If there is one I would suspect just a technicality and lifted same day until announcement ready.
