We were never going to start trading again without some sort of announcement, despite that wording. We'll either get an announcement saying we're voluntarily suspended for another couple of days to provide more time to finish off the CR, or we'll get an announcement of the details of the CR and be back trading half an hour later. Perhaps IBX has already submitted an announcement and it's being reviewed by ASX?

The key bit you didn't highlight is 'Unless ASX decides otherwise' which they always will, because without an announcement updating the CR details the market is not informed.
