An early cap raise after significant price appreciation and before further newslfow is quite strategic. Better to get it done then to allow price to drift as the kitty gets lower. If you let the cash get low and everyone is thinking about am impending CR, even a great ann will be met with hesitation. Easy to forget this was 2c not that long ago.
