Hi all WBT'ers.. (ps someone may have addressed this already !)

Passed at the last AGM :-with the 2nd highest by votes of all Resolutions.

Item 4 Approval of Additional 10% Placement Capacity Special

I have no idea just some thoughts :-

- BoD could have instigated this as they see a great opportunity -now- not later. Maybe been approached by a ?/or/many ???
- A 'Small dilution' on current assessment in light of potential. Cannot be more than 10% unless S/H approval at some time !
- Price of issue is a guesstimate on current price and past 5 day moving average etc - There may be a premium - Does anyone know ? Speculation is rife?
- Institutions whispering in the ears of BoD wanting to get on board -now- not later as they can see the big -NO - huge potential of the product, after their analysts and research on current information. BoD assessed as a 'Goer'

-This type of issue is very cost effective to Coy saving our $$ and time for the BoD.
