agree with aspects of your views. last raise was way too cheap and coby was frustrated that they had to raise at that price as asx juwt didnt give wbt a reasonable valuation. mgmt did give bunch of options last time but that was model they put in place to sure of cap raising.

i dont see this as wbt doing another raise. if they were they would be using their usual broker and yes with that broker options and all that crap wpuld hqppen. this is a major global investor who focuses on emerging companies for high net worth individuals and corporates. i can not see any broker options with this one.

it will more likely be 20mil raised @2 = 10 mil shares. yes some dilution but the ability of the board to take that 20 and make it 2 bil with faster and better development is what i see. i will take a 5% dilution for a 10 x return any day.

lets see the terms when released then we can discuss but this ain't no ordinary corner shop broker.
