I believe that there is a possibility that one of the customers which the BOD has been talking to who maybe involved in this capital placement. it makes good logic to me as it would allow the company an ongoing interest in the technology and its potential profit without tying the BOD down to only dealing with one customer. To use a racing analogy it would be 'two bob each way'.
