As mentioned earlier, it may be relating to the demerger. Setting up the loss-making water business with cash to ensure it has money for research and other CAPEX for the next 2-3 years.
It's not platinum related, because they just shared the results and sent for assays, it's not mine related because what would a piddly CLQ CR achieve when they need billions? Perhaps they are looking at taking over a junior?
Will see soon enough.
The battery metals markets are bouncing back quicker than expected, which is a very good sign for CLQ.
