    It may pay to re read Martins post.
    I think certain share holders are fearful of loosing influence.
    Tim and Angus would represent all share holders not just the chosen few.
    The chosen few and their representatives have failed the share holders and it seems scared off investors .
    As a long term share holder this state of affairs is extremely annoying and very costly
    Tim and Angus to the RESCUE
