Sure Andrew, if they raise the $4m, great lets get on with it. I still won't be voting for any lowball options.
My bet is that it will be a much smaller CR.
It kind of explains the sp interest last week and then the arrival of the cappers. Whatever the amount raised it looks like it will be at 2c. My guess is may be $1m with 50,000,000 shares being allocated.
