Doesn't sound good to me, explains the trading in the companies shares over the last few weeks.
Price sold off on smallish volumes to sit around low 20's for a few weeks, then rises for no reason.
Allows the capital raising to be done at a low price..... be very interesting to know who is getting shares in the issue.
My bet is existing holders don't get a look in.
