Ive seen a few capital raises come and go here and in Tims others companies, his holders are a more loyal than average bunch.
The Top 20 here own 50 percent of the company and Tim himself 20 %, his single biggest holding of all his companies.

Im sure they push their brokers towards loyal long term holders during raisings, you can bet favored holders get taken care of.

Having said that some SIs will take some profits but don't expect a big dump not with Tim at the helm and everyone knows what happened with Julimar and CHN, nobody wants to miss out if/when it happens again at DEV this time.
