Will BGA emulate the 'gold standard' of REH when latter sought to raise capital and went to extraordinary lengths to ensure existing shareholders would not be diluted, or will we see a placement to institutions as part of the deal and what some would describe as a 'second best' (dilutory) SPP for retail holders like us?
