Personally, I think this would probably have to related to Abelco. Perhaps relates to a subsidiary of Abelco, but doesn't seem to be worded that way and Abelco doesn't have a great deal of cash to be making further investments last i checked. I can't see how it could be a new venture based on the wording.

Fatfish Disruptive VEntures Ltd (holds minerium) is already 100% owned by FFG, so can't be that.
Fatfish Capital Ltd is only 75% held by FFG, so could relate to that as well.
