I think this is a good point. There is nothing worse than having an external party go insolvent or disappear halfway through an implementation job, so having the extra buffer is likely going to make their offering more enticing.
They've clearly covered a lot of ground to gain awards and market recognition, and this looks like a strengthening of their balance sheet to bolster confidence in their ability to stick around.
They said last FY was about setting up for this FY. Perhaps H1 was about setting up for H2.
