Dilution of the value of all holders shares.
Surely after losing all that investment in Loyyal they won't put more money into a tech they can't use, and does not generate any revenue for them.
Seems like a poor business decision to me, but that is what RFN is good at:
Spending
poor decisions
and
capital raising....
