They needed more cash to develop SDV, the previous talk of we have enough with the $40m bank loan was crap. Now they provide the cost of SDV being $233, which is to be expected given old DFS of $400m+.
While it would have been better if they raised cash a couple of years ago in the $3+ share price, its still not a bad option given the renewed interest in the sector, its a good way to get insto's on the register.
Also what I am happy with is for once they haven't ripped off retail shareholders with just an SPP.
