    Mr Joshua Letcher will resume the role of Chairman of the Company. Given there are now only two Directors on the Board, the Company has been placed into a Trading Halt pending the appointment of new Directors, expected to occur on 26 November 2020.

    New Directors. Obviously this was planned and has been in action for some time. Not like you can just make a few phone calls and employ a few directors in 48 hours. I would hope not....
