They can do as many Cap Raises as they like in my opinion as we all know it's going to a better cause than just share holder dilution for the BOD's pay packets!!
As with all businesses you've got to spend money to make money and if this new Cap Raise is to buy more BNNT producing machines or some other JV operation then I'm all for it!!
