Whilst you don't hold, I feel compelled to set the record straight.

1. Douugh already has a global mastercard partnership deal. That's how they're earning revenue (through interchange fees).
2. They are raising at 22 cents, a 15% discount on current close. 7m has been locked in with 3m available to retail.
3. They also already have an Apple Pay deal, check their website.

Basically they're raising as they want to grow with their partners of whom are investing capital into the business. I don't see that as a bad thing as it accelerates Douugh's sign up numbers and the advertising costs and promotion is essentially shared.
