They were able to fast track EPA approval for a demo plant because of pre-existing approvals held by Blackham resources. Ditto part of their pond and trench requirements.
They are building a full scale plant to process 50Ktpa and will ramp up when they have full approvals.
They talk themselves up but had an advantage not available to any other project.
It’s interesting how approvals for an open pit gold mine can be transferable to a brine abstraction SOP operation.
