I definitely agree with the 1-3 years, I can’t see much short-term upside. I’ve been watching this thing for two years thinking there’ll be a time to jump in, up to now I’m glad I didn’t, but equally, it doesn’t mean there won’t be.
The point I make about ASIC is that it’s a very rubbery number, what’s capex vs open? I normally add on 20% to 50% depending on the operation and then add on what I would call “true” capital for future operations plus as I mentioned other costs.
