@Hiddenvalue my thoughts are....maybe WMX are feeling a bit uncomfortable with the prospect of a Mercuria Tranche 2 gold swap for $40m (plus costs) layered on top of the current Tranche 1 gold swap. So instead of relying on everything having to fall into place (i.e. weather, operations, production, POG, Mercuria Tranche 2, etc) they've decided to raise now (i.e. rainy day money).

....my guesstimate for the CR size & price is $40+ million @ $1.4.
