    @GravityWaves, they will need shareholder approval for the raise you are suggesting, dream on.

    My guess is maybe $10million max, with an insto already lined up or an existing insto on the register wanting a cheap leg in to increase holding other than Delphi. Retail SH'rs maybe get a slice of the action but maybe not, who knows, only guess work but see who comes out closer.
