I would hazard a guess and say someone has put the question to the asx about the announcement.
My understanding is the ASX vet all the announcements before release so either they have cocked up or more likely IMO someone has asked for some clarity.
I must say the announcement is completely devoid of any details.
Interestingly Thermofisher has several labs in Texas.......
