Possibility that Receivers have made a decision on the sale of ALO. PLS may have had their proposal accepted, matched a superior offer, or missed out.
There was some confusion from the timing of the VA second creditors meeting of ALO that the timeline for the Receivers sales process had changed. I do not believe that to be the case.
